Hi! My name is Sandra Graham.
Along with providing general therapy services, I specialize in mood disorders, personality disorders, and supporting family members of those with mood disorders and personality disorders.
In addition to having a Bachelor’s of Science degree, and a Masters of Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University, I am certified in Neuropsychology for Counselling. I am also a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Best therapist near me for depression and best therapist near me for anxiety in London Ontario. Psychotherapy for borderline personality disorder. Online therapy for stress.
Whatever your reasons might be for being here, I am happy your are here. Everyone needs a safe place sometimes, a place to untangle and explore thoughts and feelings without them being judged. If you are struggling in a relationship that is hurting you and are afraid therapy will be aimed at getting you to leave when don’t feel ready yet or try to mend the relationship when you are feeling done, nope I won’t. I have been there. I am here to support you through whatever it is you need right now. I also have deep understanding and compassion for those who have mood disorders or personality disorders and am honoured to support you.
From a neuropsychotherapy understanding of how the mind, brain, and body work together we will explore using thoughts to promote change as well as working from within the body to create changes in the brain. It is my goal that from our very first meeting, you will feel a sense of hope that change is possible.
Everyone needs a safe place sometimes, a place where all the expectations and things you need to be for other people in your life can fall away for a moment and you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings within a safe and non-judgmental space. I believe this is where healing and self-discovery start. All parts of you are welcome here, including your fears, worries, anxieties, anger, sadness, joys, strengths, and weaknesses, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, and culture; they all have a safe place here. I am here to listen and walk the path together.
You are the expert in you, and what needs to happen for you is already trying to happen but there can be blocks that exist from our very unique experiences in life and everything that has happened before this point. Really, this is what therapy is all about, working to understand what those blocks are and how we can begin to move past them if we choose to. With a trauma informed, neuropsychotherapy understanding of how the mind, brain, and body can work together to create healing changes, it’s my goal that from our very first meeting, you will feel hope that change is possible. If talking feels hard, we can do movement or art instead. I would love to hear your story and to work with you on whatever you need.
Give me a call, and let’s have a chat.

A few things that I hold as true about personality disorders:
Personality disorders are like having strong feelings and behaviors that are really hard to control.
People with personality disorders often feel a lot of pain inside and sometimes act in ways they don’t want to because of it.
It’s not anyone’s fault that they have a personality disorder; it’s just how their brain works.
Therapy is a safe place where people can talk about their feelings and learn how to manage them better.
Therapists want to help people with personality disorders feel better about themselves and their lives.
It’s okay to take small steps in therapy; progress doesn’t happen all at once.
Everyone deserves kindness and understanding, especially when they’re going through a tough time.
With patience and support from therapy, people can learn how to cope with their feelings and live happier lives.
Recovery is possible with time and effort, and there’s hope for a brighter future.
We treasure what you have to say
